Dear Customer,

It has come to my attention that there have been some nefarious activities in the network in the last few days by the people we had outsourced the network to.We have received many many complaints that funds have been collected but customers not renewed.Upon investigation we have found this to be true.

Also we have received many emails saying that things have gone down the tube since Compulink / Nivyah was allowed to oversee the daily operations of the network.

Therefore based upon the multiple requests of the customers I have decided to again play an active role in the day to day operations of the network again.

As the first step I am extending the validity of all accounts by 7 days so that we can re-orient ourselves with the customers.

The following customer care issues which were disbanded under Nivyah / CIPL are being implemented back immd:

1) Trouble ticket system is being re-activated - every email will be tagged to see how long it takes to resolve

2) Reminders will be sent for renewals as before by email

3) Billing cycle to re-commence instead of anarchic system of billing on random dates.

Future measures we intend to undertake in next few days is a 24X7 Call center who can handle things like late night emergency renewals.
